The range of Fender Vintera Road Worn guitars builds on the success of the new Made-In-Mexico Vintera series and includes two different models of Telecaster and two different models of Stratocaster guitars.

If you love the look of a worn in, road weary guitar, but you don't want to stretch to the budgets of Fender Custom Shop, then the Road Worn Vintera series is ideal.

Each of the limited edition Fender Vintera Road Worn series guitars are finished in nitrocellulose lacquer which is widely known for its natural tonal qualities and distinct aging patterns.

Each Road Worn Vintera guitar is then hand-distressed for an authentically broken-in look.

Guitar geeks, like us, all know that this finish adds a subtle but highly sought after tone and playing quality that only vintage guitars can offer - until now!

Let's take a closer look at each model.

The Fender Vintera Road Worn 50’s Telecaster is perfect for those who want the look and feel of a vintage Telecaster and provides a playing experience straight out of the 1950s.

You have Lake Placid Blue and Vintage Blonde Road Worn Nitrocellulose Lacquer finishes to chose from, which look incredible, and will only get better with each passing year!

The Alder body is snappy, yet resonant and works beautifully with the Vintage-Style '50s Single-Coil Tele pickups in the neck and bridge. Vintage Tall frets, slim "U" shape neck all help you take a step back in time and enjoy a 50s style Tele playing experience. Finally, a 3-saddle vintage-style strings-through-body bridge and brass barrel saddles help to provide that vintage twang and snap that we need from a Telecaster.

Next up we have the Fender Vintera 50’s Stratocaster. You have two different finishes to choose from: Surf Green and Fiesta Red both of which come with a 3-play mint green scratchplate and aged white plastic control knobs.

You have three Vintage-Style '50s Single-Coil Hot Strat pickups and a 5 position blade pickup selector so you can take full advantage of each pickup. Vintage guitar loves will enjoy the vintage-inspired appointments such as thick soft "V" Maple neck, vintage tall frets and 7.25" fingerboard radius which all help to provide an old-school playing experience.

The road-worn nitro finish will only look better with age and slowly respond to your playing habits over time.

The Fender Vintera Road Worn 60s Stratocaster guitars are loaded with three Vintage-Style ‘60s Single-Coil Hot Strat pickups and a mid 60s "C" shape neck with 21 Vintage Tall frets.

You can choose between Firemist Gold (special order) and Lake Placid Blue, both of which come with a Pau Ferro fingerboard and enjoy all the 6-saddle vintage-style synchronized tremolo which ensures a reliable, resonant tone that Stratocaster guitars are renowned for.

Again, the Road Worn Nitrocellulose lacquer finish and aged white plastic gives the impression of a well-played guitar whilst the finish increases the sustain and output ever so slightly.

For those who want a more powerful output, the Fender Road Worn 70s Telecaster Deluxe is ideal.

You have a choice of either Daphne Blue and Olympic White finish, both of which utilise a Nitrocellulose lacquer which will age beautifully over time.

Both guitars are loaded with Fender Wide Range Humbucking pickups that can be blended or isolated via the 3 position toggle switch. A road work maple neck with medium "C" shape and medium jumbo frets is comfortable to play and a 6-saddle strings-through-body Strat Hardtail bridge with bent steel saddles ensures a resonant, reliable tone.

Bass players have not been forgotten! The Awesome 60TH Anniversary Limited Edition Fender Vintera Road Worn 60’s Jazz Bass looks and feels alomost as good as a Fender custom shop bass guitar. 

Again, you have the Road Worn Nitrocellulose lacquer finish for that played-in, used look and feel that allows the wood and tonal qualities to breathe. You also have two awesome 60th Anniversary Jazz bass single coil pickups at your disposal with stacked concentric controls for ease of use. You can create a myriad of iconic bass tones with this guitr or completely sculpt your own - the choice is yours! 

You also have three different finishes to choose from including 3-Colour Sunburst, Firemist Silver and Olympic White, all of which come loaded with a 4-ply tortoisehll pickguard vintage style reverse tuning machines and a 4-saddle vintage style bridge with threadd steel saddles for resonance and reliability.
