Raw and earthy with a quick, fast attack and lots of dirt, the Zildjian K Custom Special Dry cymbals deliver a dry and funky sound with a powerful expression of personality.

The Zildjian K1408 14 K Custom Special Dry Hi Hat Pair is a perfect addition to the excellently rejuvinated K Custom Special Dry range of cymbals. The "fast-attack, lots of dirt, short sustain" combination that's the hallmark of this new range helps give this Hi Hat pair a nice solid chick sound with a dark stick sound and a dirty sounding "bark" with the hats open.
Designed specifically to utilise the famous and complex K Sounds of the K Custom range, these new Special Dry cymbals feature the traditional K hammering combined with a variety of modern hammering techniques. The result is a dark, rich and dry sound that would be perfect for modern jazz, studio, country and medium rock music (although would still be great for most other contemporary genres, from modern religious music to metal/techno and everything in between). The K Custom Special Dry series has been designed specially with todays diverse contemporary music scene in mind.
