Versatile Pickups
Often unofficially referred to as the 'PJ' pickup configuration, this arrangement borrows from both classical Jazz Bass and Precision Bass pickup configurations. With a regular single coil on the bridge and a split pickup towards the neck, you get the best of both worlds.
Cobmined, you can achieve a wide range of classic, well-known bass tones, both vintage and modern, that you'd usually only expect from a multitude of bass guitars. The neck pickup produces a brighter and tighter sound that delivers both clarity and punch, where as the bridge pickup delivers a beautifully round and deep low-end, perfect for any genre.
Dial It In
Thanks to a wide set of easily-accessible controls, achieving and adjusting your tone couldn't be simpler - mix the two distinctive pickups to your taste with the pickup blend knob, tweak your tone with the bass and treble know and then perfect the overall sound with the master volume knob.
