Yamaha Stage Custom 20 10 12 14FT 14S Shell Pack - Natural Wood
This is the updated and redesigned Yamaha Stage Custom 6-ply birch shells and YESS (Yamaha Enhanced Sustain Syetem) Technology that aids in an enchanced response and improves tonal properties of the shells of the earlier version from this series.
The Yamaha Stage Custom Birch Drum Kit is a great option for any intermediate or developing drummer, whilst offering the high-end design and features required by more advanced drummers.
Birch Shells
The 6-ply of birch give these drums durability, while giving the drums really punch to the gut low end that is deep and heavy and enchanced highs and mid tones.
Unlike maple where the tones smoothly brush over each other, birch has a definate distinction between its characteristics which is often a lot easier to tune
Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System
The YESS system creates minimum contact with the hardware of the shell and connects the hardware with the nodal part of the drum (nearer the lug rather than central to the drums body) making sure it doesn't interfere with shell vibration.
Nylon brushings on the rod offer increased stability and balance, allowing for use with even the most intense drumming styles and playing techniques.
The system also prevents toms from being too close together, whilst the floor toms offer wide open sustain, keeping the toms stable while under heavy strokes.

Returns
If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.
