The Yamaha Rydeen 22" Drum Kit w/Cymbals is a powerhouse designed for hard-hitting beginner drummers. Named after the Japanese god of thunder, this kit lives up to its name, delivering empowering and explosive tones. Crafted with 6-ply poplar shells and featuring a 45-degree bearing edge, the Rydeen kit ensures precision tones, a punchy attack, and sustained resonance with every strike. Equipped with double-braced hardware and complemented by Paiste cymbals, this drum kit provides everything an entry-level drummer needs to kickstart their musical journey.
Poplar Shells: The Rydeen drum kit's poplar ply shells offer an optimal balance of tones across all shell sizes. The poplar wood construction delivers soft highs and mids, coupled with an extra-bright and warm low-end. Ideal for drummers seeking a rich tone with a strong attack and projection.

YESS System: The tom is mounted via the YESS (Yamaha Enhanced Sustain System) system, eliminating potential dampening that can occur when hardware is drilled directly into the shell. This enhances tom resonance and volume. Ball Mount and Clamp: Yamaha's original ball mount and clamp feature a large, ultra-hard resin ball in a chromed housing, providing non-slip positioning and easy tuning of the bottom head with a titanium ergonomic wing bolt. Die-Cast Claw Hooks: The Stage Custom features die-cast claw hooks with rubber insertion plates to reduce noise, ensuring a reliable and quiet playing experience.
