AWM Technology - Great built-in Sounds

The Yamaha P-45 features 10 voicing presets, which covers a wide range of acoustic instruments. As well as an authentic Grand Piano, you've got access to an Electric Piano, harpsichord, vibraphone, and String sounds built-in.

The Yamaha P45 utilises Advanced Wave Memory (AWM) technology, to create its rich sound library. AWM technology digitally samples sounds from stereo recordings of real acoustic instruments, combining layers of waveforms to create a realistic, great sounding instrument. The P-45 now features 64 note polyphony for an even richer sound.

Authentic Piano Feel

Yamaha's P-45 features a Graded Hammer Standard Keybed (GHS). 88 keys that have a truly realistic feel across the board, the lower notes featuring a heavier action than higher notes. This realistic feel and playability is hard to find at this price point.

The P-45 also features a handy 'split' mode, ideal for teachers and students to play independently at each end of the piano. Two identical zones allow the student to copy the teacher's hand technique with ease.
