Contoured Body Design - For increased playing comfort, both the front and back of the BBNE2's body have been specially contoured. In addition to this the 5-piece neck has been shaped to fit neatly in your fretting hand.
Neck-Thru Construction - A 5-piece Maple and Mahogany neck on this bass is constructed to encompass the entire length of the instrument, from the headstock to the endpin. This kind of construction results in a natural piano-like sustain, along with increased levels of stability.
BBNE2 Pickups - The Stack-type pickups on the BBNE2 have been designed in collaboration with Nathan East to deliver the kind of punchy tone he is renowned for. Boasting Alnivo V magnets, these humbucker pickups allow you to perform at any volume with minimal unwanted hum.
Active Electronics - Inspired by Nathan's East's "Magic Box" the active electronics circuit on this bass really is something else. Featuring controls for Pickup Balance, Master Volume, Bass, Middle, Treble, alongside a Mid Cut frequency and Mid Cut On-Off toggle, this preamp offers precision sound tailoring that's second to none.
Individual Bridge Pieces - Each of the 5 strings on this bass features an individual bridge piece. This kind of bridge reduces interference from the other strings, and delivers an incredible pure tone with each and every note you play.
