Brand new for 2017 the Yamaha A1M MK2 in Tobacco Brown Sunburst builds on the solid foundations laid down by the previous model. New scalloped bracing increases low and mid end projection creating a guitar with more body than its predecessor.
Better Guitar, Better Price
The Yamaha A1M MKII comprises of a Mahogany Back & Sides whilst the neck is made from 3-ply African Mahogany with a Rosewood fingerboard. The neck shape remains the same but now features a matte finish similar to the L-Series Electro Acoustic range.
The A1M range of electro-acoustic guitars has an SRT piezo pick up and System 72 pre-amp system which allows control over the three band EQ, mid frequency, volume and built in tuner.
The position of the battery box has been moved to be integrated to the end pin jack. This required less drilling into the body and has improved the amount of acoustic energy lost previously and the overall weight distribution helps balance the guitar whether stood up or playing seated.
The new Yamaha A1 Series will be available to demo at any of our 14 store locations from the end of January. Pop into your nearest store to give these guitars a test drive for yourself.
