Wampler's Best-Selling Distortion Pedal Just Got Better!
With the Wampler Pinnacle Deluxe v2 you get the same fantastic circuit as with its predecessors, but with a few key upgrades. These upgrades include a 3-band EQ, "Valve Screamer" based pre-gain boost, and even a SAG switch (more on that later). Overall this pedal gives you those same sweet crunch and distortion tones, but now with bags more versatility!
3-Band EQ
Tone-sculpting couldn't be easier than with this EQ, as it gives you control over your Bass, Middle, and Treble frequency ranges. Add to this the newly included bright and bass boosts, and the pedal will allow you to dial in a fresh new tone, or even the recognisable thump of a 4x12" cabinet.
Valve Screamer
A new addition for the Pinnacle Deluxe v2, this pre-gain boost is based on a traditional Valve Screamer. This can be used to push your gain stages and add colour to your sound even when the pedal itself is bypassed!
SAG Switch
Situated on the side of the pedal, this switch allows you to remove the saggy crunch normally associated with overdrive and distortion units. This dramatically tightens up your sound, and gives you a much "cleaner" sounding drive, perfect for the discerning tone hounds out there.
Whether you want to re-create the infamous Brown Sound, vintage amp overdrive, or even screaming metal distortion, this pedal has got you covered!
