Vic Firth are well aware that the modern drummer needs to be adaptable, versatile and flexible enough to work in a range of musical situations quickly and easily. That’s why they’ve designed a stick bag that ensures you have everything you need exactly when you need it.
Gone are the days of drummers only carrying sticks. With the increase in products to dampen drums and aid grip, plus drum keys, metronomes, hearing protection, sheet music, etc the list of drummer essentials has never been so long. Drummer’s need to make sure they don’t leave those essentials behind.
Vic Firth have designed their classic stick bag to be robust with a durable 600D nylon construction and heavy-duty zipper to ensure it can withstand the gigging life. It also features a removable strap providing the option to either carry it over your shoulder or use the soft padded carry handles.
The interior of the case includes floor tom attachment loops that are adjustable to ensure they fit any floor tom diameter - perfect for those kit share situations. There’s also a nifty clip hook to attach essentials to like a drum key so that it's in easy reach as and when you need it. The bag also features internal compartments (two larger outer pockets and two smaller central pockets) that aid organisation so that you can arrange your sticks as you want. There’s also a little velcro pocket perfect for small items, like earplugs and drum dampeners.
The front of the stick bag also features new carabiner hooks to provide a great place to store brushes, keys or anything else you choose. There’s also a large front zip pocket with a smaller zip compartment in the front of that. So, there’s bags of room for you to store and organise everything you need, ready for practice or to grab quickly on your way out to your next gig.
