- Responsibly-Sourced Materials - Urban Ash is a wood that's been responsibly sourced from trees in need of removal from municipal areas within Southern California - trees being removed for purposes of public safety, or have been damaged by weather or disease. As a tonewood, Urban Ash is very similar to Mahogany, delivering plenty of midrange power and balance, with a classic, rootsy acoustic voice.
- Superb Playability - The tropical Mahogany neck on this guitar benefits from a super smooth satin finish and holds a West African Ebony fretboard, with both ensuring a great playing experience.
- Cutting Edge Electronics - This guitar is equipped with Expression System 2 electronics which utilises a breakthrough behind-the-saddle design which allows it to beautifully capture the dynamic properties of the guitar. The pickup has three separately positioned sensors which have been individually calibrated in order to increase the capture of the guitar’s dynamic range. Combined with Taylor’s custom-designed professional audio level preamp, you get amazing amplified tone and incredible response. Returns
If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.

- Special/Custom Orders - Any order that is custom or has been personalised.
- Products with Hygiene Seals - Microphones, any in-ear earphones, monitors, orchestral instruments with mouthpieces and any other items that touch your mouth, nose or inner ear if you have broken the hygienic seal on the packaging.
