Fingerpickers and light strummers will appreciate the tonality and playability that a Grand Auditorium and Nylon string combination offers, with a unique tonal palette suitable for a wide range of styles. The amber hues and rich grain of a Spruce top and Sapele body are well paired to offer a balance between a warmer, throaty mid range and a zesty top end, with the nylon-strung version naturally offering a brighter overall sound. Playability is further enhanced thanks to a flatter fretboard, slimmer neck profile and radiused fretboard, designed to keep the 314ce-N inviting and comfortable for traditional steel-string players to adapt to.
The 314CE Nylon is rounded off with sophisticated appointments, including a white top edge trim, a white 3-ring rosette, and a black pickguard. A venetian cutaway offers plenty of upper fret access, and Taylor's ES-N electronic system for superior electro-acoustic tone when plugging into an amp or PA.
