The Tama SLP 14" x 4.5" Dynamic bronze snare is a perfect addition to any drummer's kit delivering a solid snare crack sound in an equally well-built body. The SLP dynamic snare is crafted from an impressive 1.2mm bronze shell and finished in a special aged patina finish.
Due to the nature of this effect every snare shell will be different, giving you the sense of playing a unique piece of kit.
Sensitivity is at the heart of this snare. Due to the shallow bronze shell, every snare stroke will be heard and amplified, giving you scope to get a variety of sounds out of this bronze snare. Coupled with diecast hoops for extra sharpness and attack, this dynamic snare can certainly pack a punch.
This drum comes complete with a star classic snare wire, with specially angled end plates to provide an ultimate response. So no matter what the environment this snare is guaranteed to stand out visually and musically.
The Bronze shell is powerful with a lifetime of projection and incredibly musical even though they are loud and would rip the faces off any audience at full pelt. The ghost notes and any light playing is graceful. a very warm sound and sings at a mid-range tuning with fast responsiveness
