Taking direct inspiration from the compact Vintage kits of the golden years, this modern makeover takes the form of the 4-Piece "Club-JAM" kit from Tama - paired with a 4-piece hardware set, it's the perfect choice for small and intimate gigs.
Vintage Inspired Compact Kit
Based on the drum configurations of the 50s and 60s, this charming compact kit borrows several features from these iconic kits - mounting the cymbal holder and tom holder directly onto the bass drum shell, as well as curving the bass drum spurs, for an ultra-cool appearance and a much smaller overall footprint.
Crafted from a 6-ply 7mm Poplar/Mersawa hybrid, each shell benefits from the perfect balance of warmth and vintage character, as well as exceptional durability for a kit so small. Perfect for small clubs, jazz drummers and rehearsal room practices, the compact size and configuration are perfect for the working drummer who demands reliability, durability and maximum tonality.
