Omni-Ball System - The use of TAMA's legendary Omni-ball system provides the same flexible yet stable angle settings found on TAMA tom stands.
Glite-Tite Grip Joint (US.PAT.NO.9631656) - this joint is specially designed to offer a more secure attachment through metal-to-metal contact, and not only provides you with a solid anchor for your snare, but as it doesn't move with the instrument you're presented with an increase in the snare's natural resonance.
Swiveling Basket (US.PAT.NO.6384308) - with its unequally spaced basket arms, this design eliminates ontact between both the arms and the snare strainer/butt, whether the drum is 8 or 10 lug.
