High Quality Construction
As with the afore-mentioned L3, the Sterling by Music Man Luke has been crafted to deliver an exquisite combination of aesthetics, performance, and tone.
To achieve this the Basswood body has been capped with a Flame Maple veneer, and expertly carved to sit comfortably against you, whether you play standing or seated.
In addition to this, the classic "V"-contoured neck is made from Roasted Maple, making it super smooth but with a vintage-style playing feel, combining perfectly with the narrow frets on the Rosewood fingerboard.
Custom Voiced Pickups
Powering the incredible voice of this guitar is a pair of custom humbucker pickups, inspired by Steve Lukather's masterful tone.
When combined with their 5-way selector switch, these pickups deliver an impressive array of tonal options - from classic hard-rocking 'bucker, to bright and articulate single coil, and even a combination of both.
In addition to this, the Volume pot is equipped with a 12dB push-push Boost function, allowing you to take things up a notch with ease.
