Great Playability with Period Correct Tint

Offering a fine balance between vintage style and modern playability, the Squier Class Vibe is a true authentic homeage to the original Fender Esquire Telecaster

The Pine/Nato body is true to the the Esquire style producing a distinctive warm twang, with the distinctive cutaway of the Tele style ables the player to reach those higher frets for those classic Tele solos.

Attached to the body is a Maple neck with period correct tint which has a comfortable "C" shape profile adding authentic vibes to this period detailed instrument.

This neck has a matching period correct tint maple fretboard with a modern 9.5" radius for easy and comfortable play and fretting.

Unique Electronics

The Esquire comes equipped with just one single-coil pickup, one less than the standard Telecaster pickup setup.

However, this simple design doesn't mean this historic Esquire guitar is without versatility.

A three-position switch is on hand to give you three distinct options.

In Position 1, you have the pickup going through the volume control with the tone control bypassed. This gives you hotter output producing high-end filled tone that's perfect for playing lead guitar and chunky chops.

Switch it over to the middle setting for Position 2 and the pickup will go through both the volume and tone control and give you a warmer sound, perfect for chord work.

Set it to Position 3 which will bypass the tone control again and activate a "treble roll-off" feature for tone with a lot more bass, great for jazz and many other sound applications.

Vintage Style Hardware

This guitar comes with six vintage style tuning machines up on the headstock of the Squier Classic Vibe Esquire providing fine and secure tuning matched with old school aesthetics.

With a continuation of the classic vintage style the Esquire sports a vintage-style Tele bridge.

To produce that classic Tele twang, the bridge features three chrome barrel saddles, again adding to the retro aesthetic of this Classic Vibe Esquire.
