Discover unparalleled versatility with the Shape Shifter, a tremolo pedal that transcends boundaries, catering to both classic textural vibes and experimental sonic landscapes. Whether you crave a traditional, even rise-and-fall effect or desire the unexpected, the Shape Shifter gives you control with its innovative features.
Seymour Duncan Shape Shifter Stereo Tremolo Features:
- Shape Knob for Creative Control: Tailor your tremolo effect precisely with the Shape knob. Set it in the middle for a classic rise-and-fall effect, or turn it left or right for wild and experimental tones reminiscent of backward recording or analog synth attacks.
- Stereo Brilliance with Phase Control: In stereo mode, the mini Phase knob enables you to choose between in-phase and up to 180 out-of-phase settings. Move from traditional stereo to a swirling, surround-sound-like phase tone, enhancing your sonic landscape.
- Speed and Tap Tempo Functionality: Adjust your modulation speed seamlessly with the Speed control or use the Tap Tempo foot switch for rhythmic precision. Set the Speed knob as a rate control or choose between 1:1, 2:1, 3:1, or 4:1 speeds relative to the Tap Tempo with the Ratio/Rate mini-switch.
- Illuminated Speed Knob: The illuminated Speed knob provides a visual indicator of the effect speed, ensuring you're always aware of your settings. The constant flashing lets you preview the speed before engaging the effect switch.
- Auto-Adjusting Volume: Say goodbye to the volume dips common with other tremolo pedals. The Shape Shifter features auto-adjusting volume, maintaining a consistent audio level throughout your performance.
- True Bypass and Stereo Connectivity: Enjoy a pure analog signal path with True Bypass, preserving your tone when the effect is disengaged. Stereo inputs and outputs open up creative possibilities in your signal chain, adding depth and dimension to your sound.
