Classic Schecter Tone And Playability, Understated Style
Back in 1976, Schecter Guitar Research was opened up as a repair shop in Van Nuys, California, but after gaining a great reputation for manufacturing replacement guitar necks, bodies, and pickups, by 1979 they had gone on to producing their first fully assembled guitars.
Now, in recognition of these illustrious roots, Schecter are offering you the chance at owning one of these gorgeous new Van Nuys series guitars for a great price.

Understated Style
This excellent guitar features all of that classic Schecter tone and performance, in a much more refined and classically-styled format.
With its single-cutaway body being crafted from Ash, and given a Gloss Natural finish, the PT Van Nuys may seem a little more vintage-looking than most modern Schecters, but it certainly delivers in terms of performance.
High Performance
In true Schecter PT fashion, the PT Van Nuys is equipped with a fast-playing Thin "C"-shaped neck. However, unlike other models, the Maple in this case has been put through a heat-treating process.
This "Roasting" process removes all moisture and impurities from the Maple, ultimately strengthening the guitar neck and resulting in a much smoother playing surface.
Not only does this guitar sport a Roasted Maple neck, but the fingerboard is crafted from the same material, allowing you to perform fast and fluid lead lines with ease.
Aggressively-Voiced
To deliver the kind of voice that helped make Schecter a household name, this guitar has been equipped with a pair of Schecter USA SuperRock Vintage humbucker pickups.
These awesome pickups are renowned for offering an aggressive attack, but they clean up beautifully, combining excellent dynamics with plenty of punch.
