Exceptional Build
The body of the Omen Extreme-6 is made from Mahogany and features a classic double cutaway design allowing for easy reach of the upper frets – essential for rip-roaring solos and other adventurous lead playing.
Atop the Mahogany body is an elegantly arched Quilted Maple top which is beautifully complemented by the Ocean Blue Burst finish which seems the perfect colour for Quilted Maple.
Adding a touch of elegance, the arched top is accentuated by great looking crème multi-ply binding which contrasts nicely with the deep Ocean Blue Burst colouring of the guitar’s body.
Fast Playing Neck
Attached to the body is a Maple neck that has a thin “C” profile providing you with a fast and comfortable playing experience.
The features a traditional Rosewood fretboard which holds 24 X-Jumbo frets, offering great playability.
For position markers, the Omen Extreme-6 features abalone and pearloid vector inlays that further give this awesome guitar that unmistakeable Schecter aesthetic.
The headstock boasts striking Schecter design and matches the beautiful Ocean Blue Burst finish of the body.
High Quality Hardware
Schecter have equipped the Omen Extreme-6 with a Graph Tech XL Black TUSQ nut.
TUSQ has been chosen as it is precision engineered under high heat and pressure to enhance the frequencies that remain in the guitar strings, resulting in fantastic sustain.
Up on the headstock, there are six Schecter machine heads offering precise and secure tuning of your strings.
Down on the body is an adjustable Tune-O-Matic style bridge with a strings-through-body design enhancing your sustain while intonation is kept incredibly precise.
All hardware is black chrome, further adding to the stunning aesthetic of this great looking electric guitar.
Awesome Electronics
Giving the Schecter Omen Extreme-6 its awesome and powerful voice is a pair of Schecter Diamond Plus humbuckers.
These four-conductor pickups feature overwound coils and mermaid magnets to make this guitar really roar.
Allowing for fantastic tonal versatility there are two volume knobs, a tone control and a 3-way pickup selector switch.
The master tone knob also has a push-pull coil split function adding further tonal options to your sonic palette.
