Beautiful Craftsmanship
Making up the body of the Omen Extreme-6, Mahogany has been used, featuring Crème multi-ply binding which protects the edges of the guitar while also adding an extra touch of class and visual appeal.
Bolt-on construction sees the joining of a Maple neck to the body. It has a nicely playable thin ‘C’ profile and features 24 X-jumbo size frets.
The fretboard itself is made of Rosewood and features awesome looking Vector shaped inlays made of abalone and pearloid.
High Quality Hardware
A Tune-O-Matic bridge with a string through body design keeps your strings perfectly aligned and the action easily adjustable while at the top of the neck, you’ll find Schecter have installed a Graph Tech XL Black TUSQ nut.
Precision engineered under high heat and pressure, TUSQ enhances the frequencies that remain in the guitar strings, resulting in fantastic sustain.
Furthermore, it's permanently lubricated so you don’t have to worry about future touch ups.
Awesome Electronics
Giving the Omen Extreme-6 its incredible, hard rock sound are two Schecter Diamond Plus pickups.
Found in both the bridge and neck pickup positions, Schecter Diamond Plus pickups are high quality humbucker style pickups which accurately reproduce your playing style and the tone of your strings while eliminating hum and interference so you get a pure tone.
A three-way pickup switch allows you to toggle between using either of the pickups or a combination of the two.
Metal knurled volume knobs allow you to adjust the overall volume from each of the pickups while the master tone knob also has a push-pull coil split function adding further tonal options to your sonic palette.
