High-Performance Neck-Through Design - Central to this C-8 Rob Scallon guitar is a superb 3-piece Mahogany neck, crafted with a number of specifications laid down by Rob himself. A 27" - 25.5" multiscale construction (for instance) offers accurate intonation with a tighter feel on the lower strings, making the guitar perfect for drop-tuned play styles. In addition to this the Ebony fingerboard features a 16" radius with medium-jumbo frets, allowing for even the widest of string bends.
Dual Diamon '78 Rob Scallon Humbuckers - Specially-designed to meet Rob's versatile sonic requirements, the Diamon '78 Rob Scallon pickups in this guitar deliver a classic PAF-like humbucker tone, but with a modern twist. These pickups are capable of performing sparkling cleans through to full-on metal aggression, even with the extended 8-String frequency range, whilst the dialed-down controlset of Tone, Volume (with Push/Pull control) and a 3-way switch allow you to fine tune your output accordingly.
