New Style Hammering
The reenergised Sabian AAX line brings with it the introduction of a completely new style of AAX hammering.
Utilising a larger, rounder peen in the hammering process, this 20" crash has a much more visible hammered surface which works to create a thinner, more complex sound filled with slightly darker tone.
As well as having an effect on the aesthetic of the cymbal, this new hammering style also incorporates more highs into the crash sound resulting in a much wide frequency response.
