The RME Fireface UCX Audio Interface is an awesome combination of RME's most successful products: Fireface UFX, Firefaces UC/400 and Babyface. The Fireface UCX is not just a smaller version of the smash hit UFX Interface, with the X-core, the preamps and the complete effects engine, the UCX continues the tradition of RME's tremendously successful compact interfaces, and combines it with the great usability of the Babyface through the included RME remote. Returns
If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.
*Please note, we cannot accept returns of:
- Special/Custom Orders - Any order that is custom or has been personalised.
- Products with Hygiene Seals - Microphones, any in-ear earphones, monitors, orchestral instruments with mouthpieces and any other items that touch your mouth, nose or inner ear if you have broken the hygienic seal on the packaging.
- Software & Media - Any software or media that has been opened or registered via physical or digital means.
- Any product containing a valve, e.g valve amps are only covered for 90 days from purchase.
