The Puresound Super 30 Series 30 Strand 14” Snare Wires offer increased snare response and articulation. Providing a wide snare wire option for a distinctive and penetrating snare sound without choking the drum.
A Wide Snare Wire for an Articulate Response
The Super 30 features the same steel-alloy wires, handcrafted construction and exclusive copper end clips used in the Puresound Custom series.
Specifically designed to provide an increased articulate snare response, the Super 30 features 30 strands of medium gauge coiled steel wires to offer lots of top-end presence.
The snare wires are evenly spaced to provide a consistent snare response across the whole drum.
The Puresound Super 30 is able to create a distinctive sound with lots of cutting response without needing to over tighten the wires which can choke the snare drum and sacrifice the feel.
The Super 30 has a wider format than standard snare wires. For an optimum performance, Super 30 wires can be paired with snares that have a slightly wider than normal (3 to 3.5inch) snare bed.
As with all Puresound Wires, the Super 30 are designed and manufactured in the USA under the strictest of quality standards.
