The Promark Rebound 5a Acorn Tip Active Grip Drum Sticks feature a heat activated grip coating to ensure a sold grip while playing. The rear weighting of the stick optimises it for finesse and agility. These 5a sticks are .565" in diameter and 16" in length.
Promark Rebound Hickory 5a Active Grip Sticks
The Promark Rebound 5a sticks are part of Promark's Active Grip series. The sticks feature an active grip coating that is heat activated to become tackier as a player's body temperature rises and their hands become sweaty. The active grip coating is thin like a traditional lacquer which means it adds no additional diameter or weight to the stick.
These 5a acorn tip active grip sticks are also part of Promark's Select Balance series. The Select Balance system features two model options - Forward and Rebound. While the front-weighted Forward stick are built to aid power and speed, the Rebound are rear-weighted to add a sense of finesse, lightness and agility.
Manufactured in Texas, USA these Promark sticks are made from hickory, the most popular wood choice for drumsticks because of its resilience, responsiveness and durability. With a diameter of .565" and a length of 16" these sticks feature the reinvented Acorn Tip designed to provide increased responsiveness and articulation.
