The Yamaha THR-5 is a revolutionary guitar amplifier than flips traditional combo designs on their heads. An intuitive, well-designed top panel gives you complete control over every aspect of your tone, including 5 switchable modelling presets that vary between Clean, Modern, Lead, Brit Hi and Modern amp tones. Dedicated tone, volume and gain controls allow for further tweaking to give you the perfect balance. 1/4" and 1/8" jack inputs allow for a guitar and MP3 player to be plugged in at the same time, great for jamming along to your favourite tracks in the studio. THR5 also features a range of built-in effects also give you a completely adaptable guitar tone for any style or sound you want to capture and even comes with a built-in chromatic tuner for keeping you tuned up at all times.
Yamaha have packed 2 x 8cm drivers inside the incredibly lightweight and transportable chassis, which delivers 10 watts of pure valve tone and sits perfectly on any flat surface at home or in the studio. Weighing in at only 2kg, you can pick up the THR5 and use it's optional battery power and headphone output to fire it up on the train or outside for street performance!
