Are you on the hunt for a new great-sounding guitar, with awesome looks, and an attractive asking price? Then we have just the thing for you!

Restro-Inspired Aesthetics, Incredible Tone

The PRS SE Starla Stoptail, seen here with a slick white finish, is a stylish and reasonably-priced single-cutaway electric guitar, that's ideal for any aspiring professional player.

The original PRS Starla was renowned for being a toneful, vintage-style rocker, and is now finally available as part of the budget friendly Student Edition (SE) lineup.

PRS SE Starla Electric Guitar, white Highlights

  • Vintage-style single-cutaway electric guitar
  • Solid Mahogany body with a white finish and Tortoise pickguard
  • Set-in Mahogany neck, sporting a Wide Fat profile shape and a Rosewood fingerboard
  • "Old School" PRS Bird fret markers
  • Two DS-02 humbucker pickups, individually voiced based on their position (Neck and Bridge)
  • Push/Pull tone control, with pickup Coil Split function
  • Grover Two-Piece stoptail bridge and PRS Designed tuners offer superior intonation and tuning stability
  • Includes deluxe padded PRS Gig Bag

High Quality Construction

Featuring a familiar PRS Single Cutaway design, with an all Mahogany construction, and a two-piece adjustable stoptail, the PRS SE Starla Stoptail delivers an incredible mix of tone and playability.

This combination offers a woody, warm midrange tone, with plenty of natural sustain that's perfect for those big, bluesy string-bends, and long, soulful notes.

Cuts Through The Mix

Thanks to the addition of a pair of DS-02 humbuckers - each individually voiced to their position on the guitar - this guitar delivers a bright high-end bark that really lets you cut through the mix.

In addition to this, if you crank up the volume with these pickups, you're presented with an array of rich, harmonic overtones.

Not only that, but the tone control on the guitar features a Push/Pull function, that will split the pickups into single coils, giving you even more articulation, and more tonal options to play around with.

Retro Aesthetics

True to the design of the original Starla, the SE Stoptail version delivers in terms of it distinctive, retro-inspired vibe.

With this particular model you get that unique pickguard, made from faux tortoiseshell, sitting atop a body that's been given an Antique White finish.

The end result is a boutique-style instrument that perfectly combines both modern and vintage with its looks, playability, and tonal options - a true workhorse that's made to be played.
