This guitar is in full working order with very little signs of use. The guitar comes with it's original gig bag.
Fender's Alternative Reality series includes a fresh, updated and very welcome reissue of this 12-string classic. It first appeared way back in the mid 1960s when legends such as Jimmy Page (Led Zeppelin), Pete Townsend (The Who) and Gene Clark (The Byrds) eagerly wrapped their hands around the original version of this unique guitar from Fender. This model has an alder body and a maple neck and gives you that unmistakable sparkling sound that you've definitely heard on more classic songs or albums than you realise.
Electric XII: modern updates without compromises
For this reissue, Fender have added a number of modern updates to enhance the playing comfort and sound of this model, while taking care to ensure it retains the look of the original Electric XII. The neck has a modern C profile, for instance, and there are medium jumbo frets and a slightly flatter 9.5-inch fretboard radius. The distinctive '65 12-string headstock has stayed, but the bridge is now fixed and has 12 saddles for improved intonation. The newly-designed split-coil pickups make sure of a balanced signal and maintain the integrity of that characteristic 12-string sparkle.
