Class A Optical Compression

As if that wasn't enough, the Little Bass Thing comes equipped with an Optical Compression circuit, which has been painstakingly developed by Orange for this amp.

This circuit, along with its unique sidechain, has been optimised for bass guitar, and the single dial provides incredible dynamic control, with a warm, classic feel.

Not only that, but you can activate/deactivate this circuit via an optional footswitch (available separately).

Versatile Connectivity

Not only is this amp lightweight and powerful, but there's plenty of sockets and switches to offer you the ultimate playing experience.

For starters there's a buffered FX Loop and studio-grade balanced D.I. output with Ground Lift switch on the back panel.

In addition to this, there's a -6dB input pad switch for active basses, and two Speakon output sockets with a 4 Ohm impedance rating.

Not only that, but with all of its tone-shaping capabilities, the Little Bass Thing would also make a great recording preamp when used without an external cabinet.
