One of the most iconic bass guitars ever made, the Music Man Stingray is the same now as it was when first introduced more than 40 years ago.
This stunning bass features a rock-solid construction, active 3-band EQ, sleek and comfortable neck profile, a powerful neodymium humbucker, oval pickguard, and 3+1 tuning machine setup.
Two Pickup Design!
Unlike the more familiar single-pickup Stingray, this particular bass has been equipped with TWO powerful, Neodymium-driven humbuckers for a huge array of tonal options.
These punchy-sounding pickups - along with the active 18-Volt, 3-band EQ - are complimented by a 5-position lever switch, to help you choose from a huge number of voicing options.

- Position 2: Outside Bridge and Neck single coil pickups in Parallel
- Position 3: Neck and Bridge humbucker pickups in Parallel
- Position 4: Inner Bridge and Neck single coil pickups in Parallel

Modern Upgrades
For this particular model we have a range of modern upgrades, including a roasted maple neck, matte black hardware (as opposed to the standard Chrome finished setup), sculpted neck joint (which allows smoother access to upper frets), and much more besides.
All of this comes together to add something a little different to this otherwise instantly-recognisable bass, and delivers the kind of musical experience that professional players desire.

If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.
