Premium-Grade Construction

Featuring a comfortably-carved, lightweight Ash body, and a sleek, Roasted Maple neck, this BFR StingRay5 is a genuine pleasure to play, whatever your playstyle.

During the roasting process, all moisture and impurities are removed from the Maple, ultimately strengthening the wood and resulting in a much smoother playing surface.

The neck is capped with a sleek Ebony fingerboard too, bringing the whole ensemble together for a genuinely comfortable playing experience.

As a finishing touch, the body has been given a Root Beer Red finish, giving you a bass that will truly help you stand out from the crowd.

Upgraded Electronics

In place of the more traditional Alnico, the humbucker on this BFR StingRay5 comes equipped with Neodymium magnets.

This particular metal has a much stronger magnetic pull than Alnico, resulting in a more articulate sound when you play.

Complimenting this newly designed pickup is a powerful 18v preamp, in place of the usual 9v electronics, delivering extra headroom and a much more powerful sound than ever before.
