The hand hammering process utilised in the making of these hi-hats means that every cymbal is truly one-of-a-kind.
The Meinl Cymbalsmiths have spent extra time adding more hammering to the cymbal blanks in order to develop the complex voice of these hi-hats.
The hammering process is then followed by full lathing of the top and bottom of the cymbal to complete the stunning cymbal sound.
The top surface of the top hi-hat has intentionally been left free of large logos in order to let the natural beauty of the hand hammering hold its own.
Added Extras
As with all the Byzance Foundry Reservce cymbals, these hi-hats come in a specially designed box to keep them well protected.
The box also houses a pair of Meinl Stick & Brush Standard 5a drumsticks, a pair of 100% cotton cymbal gloves, a letter from Meinl managing director Reinhold Meinl and a certificate of authenticity.
