Vintage Martin Dreadnought acoustic voice with a solid Sitka spruce top and quality Fishman Electronic system.
Martin get a great balance of sound quality and affordability by pairing the solid Sitka spruce top with mahogany-grained high pressure laminate (HPL) back and sides. Not only is the use of HPL environmentally friendly, but it also remains lightweight for easy transport and travelling. The low-profile neck Martin use for the D12 and Standard Series is wonderfully comfortable, even for longer studio or live sessions. Faster fingerpicking is made easy, as well as more traditional, full-on dreadnought rhythm styles.
Fishman Sonitone electronics deliver outstanding amplified tone for live stage players and provide great detail and definition. Using the finest tonewoods, time-tested bracing, and precision assembly, Martin guitars have a rich, warm sound all on their own. Yet the D12X1AE is surprisingly affordable, giving you access to signature Martin tone that fits even the tightest budget.

Returns
If you and your item aren’t getting along, you have 14 days from when you receive the goods to contact our PMT experts either by phone or email to return your item.
*Please note, we cannot accept returns of:
- Special/Custom Orders - Any order that is custom or has been personalised.
- Products with Hygiene Seals - Microphones, any in-ear earphones, monitors, orchestral instruments with mouthpieces and any other items that touch your mouth, nose or inner ear if you have broken the hygienic seal on the packaging.
