Personalise Your Pedal
The Falcon double pedal features an interchangeable drive which allows you to purchase 1 pedal but have the freedom to experiment and change up the feel as and when you choose.
By purchasing serparately sold drives, you can quickly and easily change the chain driven setup to either strap or direct drive to offer a completely different feel.
Most people have a more dominant foot and a slightly weaker one. Therefore, both feet respond differently when playing a double kick pedal. The interchangeable drives give you the option to have different drives for each pedal to offer a more balanced feel between the left and right foot.
The Mapex Falcon pedal also has interchangeable beater weights to offer you the option to fine-tune your pedal to achieve the best response for a comfortable playing feel.
The variable footboard height and adjustable beater angle also serve to provide you with the option to tweak the pedal response for a balanced of rotational force and power.
Mapex have also designed the Falcon pedal to have a smaller base plate to allow easy positioning around snare stand legs and the hi-hat pedal.
