The Mapex B80 Armory ¾” Tube Boom Arm is a hideaway cymbal arm designed to be used with the B800 Armory boom stand.
Quick Release Cymbal Lock Boom Arm
Mapex have designed their B80 Armory cymbal arm for use with the B800 series Armory boom stand. The ¾” tube fits neatly into the base of the B800 series.
Alternatively, you could mount this cymbal arm separately using a clamp to add extra cymbals to your kit set up, without the use of another hardware stand.
The 12” long arm of the boom also hides neatly inside the ¾” thick larger bottom tube, allowing for a compact size when packed down. This makes it ideal for transportation.
The multi-angle adjustments of this boom arm offer flexible set up options. The quick release cymbal lock featured on the top of the cymbal arm also makes for quick and easy cymbal set up and changes.
The Mapex B80 Boom arm is perfect if you’re considering adding extra cymbals to your set up but don’t want the hassle of another bulky cymbal stand. It’s flexible options and nifty hideaway and locking nut features serve to provide a fast set up and pack down.
