Since its original release, the Korg Kross has been improved to give you even better performance.
The polyphony has been raised from 80 simultaneous voices to 120 while the internal program count has gone from 808 to over 1000.
The built-in sounds are extremely high quality and varied with layered pianos, electric pianos, rich strings and more.
With such a wide range of sounds, the Korg Kross is suitable for any musical situation.
It also boasts a range of awesome new drum kits and synth sounds so you can play modern EDM too.
High Quality EDS-i Sound Engine
With the same sound engine as that found in Korg’s professional synthesizers, you can be sure the Kross 2 delivers an amazing performance.
The Enhanced Definition Synthesis-integrated, or EDS-i, sound engine gives you rich expressive sound and a great library of 134 high-quality effects.
All the standards are here such as reverb and delay along with amp modelling, vintage effects units and a vocoder.
Great Built-In Sampler with 16 Sampler Pads
Not just your standard synth, the Korg Kross 2 has some amazing sampling abilities so you don’t need any external devices.
Using the LINE IN jack you can record audio and assign stereo samples of up to 14 seconds to each of the 16 playable pads and trigger up to four at once.
Start/end loop point settings and normalise functions are all on hand so you can easily edit the sample waveforms to achieve perfection.
You can also resample within the Korg Kross 2 and assign long audio files from an SD card to the pads.
Incredibly Portable
Making the Korg Kross more portable than ever before, it’s gone down from 4.3kg to 3.8kg.
Furthermore, the power efficiency has been improved too so you now get up to seven hours of battery operation from six AA batteries.
