Classic Style, Great Playability
The body of the Jackson RR Minion is made from resonant Poplar wood.
Its striking V-shape Randy Rhoads shape gives it a hard-rocking, heavy metal appearance.
The sculpted neck heel along and shoulder shape of the JS Series RR Minion JS1XM grant easy access to the upper frets - perfect for easy guitar solos.
Attached to the body via sturdy bolt-on construction is a 2/3 (22.5") scale length Maple neck.
Graphite reinforcement rods have been installed to protect the neck against warping because of fluctuating temperature and humidity.
Atop the neck is a 12" radius Maple fretboard with its flat shape and 24 jumbo frets allowing for intricate guitar solos and super-fast shredding.
Black Sharkfin inlays scream classic Jackson style.
High-Output Humbuckers
The Jackson high-output humbuckers installed on the RR Minion JS1XM give it a powerful voice that contradicts the guitar's smaller size.
GMae with ceramic magnets, these pickups give you clear tones with a lot of girth.
The neck pickup gives you bright high tones while the bridge pickup provides a more crunchy output.
Using the three-way blade, you can choose between using either pickup or both at once.
Simple Volume and Tone controls are on hand allowing for quick and easy sound shaping.
High Quality Hardware
Fitted to the body of the Jackson RR Minion JS1XM is a hardtail bridge with block saddles.
This bridge has a string-through-body design which increases sustain.
Plus, with six iindividual saddles you can enjoy perfect intonation across all six strings.
Six sealed die-cast tuners provide precise and secure tuning while the pointed 6-in-line headstock evenly distributes tension making the Jackson RR Minion JS1XM easier to play.
Contrasting with the guitar's Snow White finish, the hardware is all black for a really stylish appearance.
