With this latest offering, the Jackson Pro Series Dinky DK2Q, you get that familiar double-cutaway Alder body, topped with a piece of Quilted maple. The grain of the maple top is what helps to give the guitar such a distinctive look, especially with the transparent green burst finish.

In addition to this, there's a graphite-reinforced bolt-on Maple neck with a hand-rubbed urethane back finish, for an extra smooth playing feel. Sitting atop the neck is a bound, compound-radius Ebony fingerboard that's simply perfect for super-fast play-styles.

Seymour Duncan Pickups

Sitting in the Bridge and Neck positions on hte DK2Q you'll find a couple of direct-mounted Seymour Duncan pickups.

The neck position's JB TB-4 features a hot-coiled alnico 5 bar magnet, and delivers a truly musical tone. This pickup is ideal for anything from Blues and Country, to the heaviest Metal music.

Complimenting the JB TB-4 is a neck position '59 SH-1N - one of Seymour Duncan's most popular and versatile humbuckers. Designed to evoke the spirit of a classic PAF pickup, this neck position humbuckers features sweet sustain, with a clear and bridge attack that's perfect for melodic lead runs and clean chord work.

Both of these pickups are directly mounted to the guitar's body, ensuring the maximum amount of natural resonance and vibration transfer, giving you even more punch and sustain to your sound.
