For the JS32-7 DKA's pickups, Jackson have opted to equip a set of powerful, high-output humbucking pickups that have been directly mounted to the guitar's body.
As they're attached directly to the guitar's body, you get the maximum amount of vibrational transference between the strings and the body, giving you a natural sounding tone when amplified.
In addition to that, these pickups have been specially voiced for use with a 7-string guitar, meaning you won't lose any of those beefy low-end frequencies from your heavy riffs.
