For more than three decades now, Ibanez has been a constant pioneer in the world of hollow/semi-hollow guitar building, thanks largely to the fabulous Artcore collection. These guitars successfully managed to smash all preconceptions as to what a great hollow or semi-hollow sound should be, and they continue to do so to this day.
High-Grade Construction
Combining tried-and-tested luthiery know-how with a penchant for daring designs, Ibanez continue to push the hollow-body boundaries with the Artcore series.
Their latest addition, the AF55-TKF, brings together a select-grade Linden hollow body, with a set-in Mahogany neck, and a Laurel fingerboard, all of which comes together to produce a naturally rich, warm-sounding guitar.
Infinity R Pickups
Complimenting the guitars naturally warm resonance, you'll find a pair of Infinity R humbuckers. These help to further boost your sound, giving you a big, full tone, with a well-balanced output that's ideal for intricate melodies and smooth chord-work.
