With the Gretsh G6131-MY you get a guitar that pays perfect homage to Malcolm Young's most famous axe, affectionately dubbed "The Beast". In making The Beast, Malcolm took a classic Gretsch Jet, removed two of the three pickups, and stripped away the finish, leaving a natural wood-finish guitar with lots of holes, and lots of attitude - and with it he pounded out some of the most memorable rock rhythms the world has ever heard.
