Crafted from the finest rich mahogany and finished with an arched laminated maple top, the G6128T's body is crafted from the highest quality tonewoods for the perfectly balanced tone.

The 1.85" deep body has received the vintage chamber treatment by Gretsch to deliver an incredibly tight and controlled attack that is wonderfully articulate and responsive to your playing.

Vintage Pickups

Equipped with a pair of Gretsch's very own DynaSonic pickups in the bridge and neck position, the G6128T combines their bright, shimmering highs with the resonant chambered body to produce a well-balanced sound with plenty of low-end definition and a crisp, vintage edge that will cut through any mix.

Thanks to the lower-set neck, rolled cutaway and tapered heel, the Gretsch G6128T is a joy to play. Manoeuvre your way around the neck with ease thanks to the closer neck approach angle and the easier access to higher frets thanks to the cutaway.
