Country Body Defined
The parallel bracing offers great sustain from the shallow comfortable 2"-deep maple body. The 1960s Electrotone body shape offers enough acoustic resonance to give that original sound and the simulated f-holes keep the feedback control and low-end thump in check.
Rolled Edge Fingerboard
To make chord and solo work easier, they've fitted a 12"-radius ebony fingerboard with rolled edges onto the Gretsch G6122TG's "U" shaped maple neck. You can effortlessly glide up and down with ease and grace.
Tone-Defining Pickups
The FT-67 Filter’Tron humbucking pickups are engineered to deliver that traditional Gretsch sonic voice with a fantastically clear all-around tone. Bell-like highs matched with warm mids and a tight low-end giving this guitar a balanced output with dynamic harmonics.
With thanks to the separate bridge and neck volume controls, three-way pickup toggle switching, no-load master tone and master volume you can really dial in any sound you want, or just create your own distinctive and recognisable guitar tone.
Bigbsy Design Upgraded
Thanks to an upgrade the Bigsby tailpiece is now string-through, making it quicker (and easier) to change strings. This design also provides increased vibration for sustained enhancement.
What's more, Gold Grover Imperial locking tuning machines keep the strings in check.
