For this Les Paul Special Double Cut, both Rick and Gibson have worked tirelessly to develop a special axe that stands apart from its contemporaries.
- Designed To Be Special - The double cutaway body on this Les Paul Special is slightly thinner than normal, resulting in a more lightweight and comfortable playing experience. In addition to this, Gibson and Rick worked together to develop an all new colour for the guitar, and named it TV Blue Mist.
- Classic Gibson Voice - A pair of P-90 pickups have been chosen to produce those classic Les Paul Special tones that we all know and love. Whilst they are more articulate sounding than a traditional humbucker, they offer an altogether richer voice than a standard Single Coil, giving you a nice middle-ground that is favoured by countless players across the globe.
- Reliable Hardware - A Tune-O-Matic bridge and Stop Bar tailpiece combine to ensure superb natural sustain and easy intonation adjustment. Not only that, but the Vintage Deluxe tuners offer an easy and stable tuning experience, ensuring you sound at your best with each performance.
- Hardshell Case Included - To keep the guitar safe as you travel to and from performances, Gibson have included an Original Series hardshell case.
