Tonally Exquisite
With their G-45 Studio, Gibson have gone with a combination of Solid Sitka Spruce and Walnut for the main tonewoods. When combined, these two woods produce a crisp and articulate sound, that features plenty of rich overtones, that's ideal for strummers and flatpickers.
Fishman Electronics
When it comes to live performances, if playing acoustically isn't quite cutting it, then worry not. The Gibson G-45 Studio comes equipped with a Fishman Sonitone preamp and pickup system, allowing you to simply plug into an amplifier or mixing desk.
You need not worry about the guitar's aesthetics being affected by this preamp either, as the controls are discretely hidden away in the soundhole.
