High-Quality Construction

To deliver the goods in this case, Fender Japan have crafted the distinct body on this Jazzmaster guitar from a lightweight piece of Basswood that has been given an Olympic White Finish.

In addition to this, the Maple neck has been carved with a classic "U"-profile shape, and topped with a smooth-playing Rosewood fingerboard.

This gorgeous looking guitar feels nice and solid to play, just like those 1960s Jazzmaster that it emulates, and it even comes complete with its own Fender padded gig bag to keep it safe.

Classic JM Tones

Powering the voice on this guitar you'll find a set of Vintage Fender Jazzmaster single coil pickups, sitting at the Neck and Bridge positions.

Thanks to the windings and magnets in these pickups, the MIJ Traditional 60s Jazzmaster accurately recreates that famous Surf/Indie Rock voice that the guitar is famed for.

In addition to this, the pickups are complimented by the inclusion of traditional Jazzmaster Lead and Rhythm circuit controls.

Traditional Hardware

Every bit of this guitar, even down to the binding on the body and floating tremolo bridge, are an homage to those early Jazzmasters of the 1960s.

In fact it's as close as you can get to playing the genuine article, especially at this price range!
