What's New on the Hot Rod Deluxe IV Ox?
Fender have improved the drive channels to give you a truly usable overdrive and distortion across the two channels. In total the Hot Rod IV has three channels, Clean, Drive and More Drive, giving you so much versatility to hone in your sound and create your unique sonic tones.
The Fender Hot Rod Deluxe IV Ox comes with a single 12" Eminence Rex speaker. This loud balanced speaker sings warmly without changing the natural sound too much, so that your guitar tone and pedals flow through emphasising their true sound.
An improved reverb unit means you can dial up the level without losing the smooth rich effect that it produces onto your guitar tone.
The Ox Blonde finish gives a twist on the classic Fender amp look, making it a great looking piece of furniture for the stage or home studio.
Modified Circuitry with Loud Tube Fender Goodness
The 40 watt power house means this amp delivers unmatched volume pumping out plenty of Fender juice to balance with all the other instruments in the band. All funneled through a Rex 12" Speaker. Using real tubes this amp channels tonal lavishness and touch-sensitive dynamics giving the Hot Rod Deluxe IV incredible distinction. An with the addition of a modified preamp circuitry, this amp will still hold its own sonically when being pushed to its limits. The on-board spring reverb has been improved making it more fluid, creating a sonically rich reverb effect no matter high you turn it on.
All this amp engineering is set inside a beautiful Blonde Ox custom vinyl covered cabinet. Made from lightweight solid pine, this amp has a sturdy construction yet a lighter feel making transporting this amp easier for the gigging musician.
