For the American Ultra series, Fender have truly upped their game, and developed their most advanced lineup of guitars and basses to date.

The familiar singly-cutaway body design is crafted from Alder, and refined to offer a truly comfortable playing experience.

Attached to the body you'll find a Maple neck with a unique Modern "D" profile shape and a Tapered heel, that offers you fast and easy access to every note on the fingerboard.

Adorning the neck you'll find a 10"-14" Compound Radius Rosewood fingerboard, with 22 medium-jumbo frets and rolled edges, which results in effortless and accurate lead-lines, and easy chording.

Ultra Noiseless Pickups

To deliver that classic Telecaster sound - albeit without any unwanted noise - Fender have fitted this guitar with a set of Ultra Noiseless Vintage Tele single coil pickups.

These pickups help to deliver that instantly-familiar Telecaster twang and growl, that's suited to a wide range of musical styles - from The Blues, to Classic Rock n' Roll, to modern day Pop and Rock, and beyond.

In addition to the standard control pots, there's also an S-1 Switch situated in the Volume control (Push/Push activation) which will change your wiring from Parallel to Series, giving you a thick, humbucker-like sound when the pickup selector is in the Middle position (both pickups activated).

As a finishing touch, the American Ultra Telecaster is home to some incredible hardware, designed to help you get the best out of the guitar.

First off, there's the 6-Saddle American Tele bridge, which allows for accurate intonation and superb levels of string-to-body energy transfer.

Next there's the genuine Bone nut, which allows for a more organic and natural sound.

Finally there's a set of Deluxe Cast/Sealed Locking tuners with short posts, which not only allow for incredibly fast string changes, but also offers superior levels of tuning stability.
