Advanced Performance

While the Fender American Ultra Stratocaster is still instantly recognisable as the iconic Fender Stratocaster, every detail has been rexamined to give you the best possible performance.

You still have the double cutaway giving you easy access to the upper frets but the edges are smoother than ever. The body has a new carving and the neck heel has been reshaped and it's all been done by hand.

Attached to the body is a new "mondern D" neck. Made from maple, this neck has also been hand shaped and features an Ultra Satin finish and Ultra Rolled fret edges for an incredibly smooth and comfortable playing feel.

Giving you the perfect playing platform is a 10" - 14" compound radius Maple fretboard. Rounder at the nut and becoming flatter as you go up the frets, this fretboard offers comfortable chording along with easy bends.

With all these features combined you have an incredible playing experience and Fender's fastest-playing neck.

Ultra Noiseless Pickups

Another innovation for the Fender American Ultra Stratocaster is its pickups.

The Ultra Noiselss Vintage Strat pickups give you high output and sought after vintage Strat tone without any hum.

Using the 5-position blade you can choose from the following pickup selections for five distinct voices:

S-1 Neck Pickup Versatility and More

The sound options don't stop at the pickup switch.

Housed in the Master Volume knob is an S-1 switch which allows you to add the neck pickup to any of the switching positions.

Adding this pickup gives you an instant boost while expanding your tonal options.

Furthermore, while most electric guitars lose clarity as you turn down the volume, that's not the case with the American Ultra Strat.

The volume pot is equipped with a treble bleed circuit which retains all your high end as you roll off the volume.

As a result, you get crisp, clear and cutting tone all the time - even at lower volumes.

For further sound shaping, you also have two tone controls; one for the neck and middle pickups and another for the bridge pickup.

American Ultra Hardware

A 2-point deluxe synchronised tremolo bridge can be found on the body of this new Stratocaster.

Not only does it provide precise intonation and rock-solid tuning stability but its pop-in arm gives you complete control over your performance.

The headstock holds deluxe locking tuning machines offering precise and secure tuning.

Furthermore, these short post tuners allow for extremely quick restringing and provide an improved break angle over the nut.

Locking your tuning is easy too! Just turn the dial on the back of the tuners by hand, no wrenches reuired, and you're sorted.
